Stephanie Lemus Perez, of Spotsylvania County, was found at a Sunoco station in Fredericksburg with drugs that she said she found at Taco Bell, and remanded to the Rappahannock Regional Jail, Stafford County Sheriff David Decatur said.

Trouble began when Perez and another person were given the boot from the shed they'd been staying in on Truslow Road earlier this week, Decatur said.

The following day, Perez and another person returned to the property, and an argument ensued.

During the exchange of words, Perez pulled out a knife and assaulted the victim with it. The victim suffered minor injuries and a search was launched for Perez.

Perez was served on her outstanding malicious wounding charge from the day prior, and was charged with possession of controlled substances. She was held at Rappahannock Regional Jail without bond.
